Finishing Touches Table Detail began as a vision I carried quietly for years — a belief that the table should be more than a place to sit. It should be a moment. A welcome. A feeling. After more than a decade in service operations, I learned that people remember how you make them feel long after they forget the details. And I wanted to bring that same level of care, comfort, and hospitality into the world of events.
I’ve always been drawn to the atmosphere of celebrations — the creativity, the storytelling, the chance to transform an ordinary gathering into something unforgettable. But I noticed something missing. Even beautifully planned events often overlooked the table experience, the very place where guests connect, laugh, and create memories.
I knew I wanted to build a company that focused on those details. A company rooted in elegance, intention, and genuine hospitality. But dreams don’t grow on their own. They grow when someone believes in them.
For me, that someone was John Bertrand of Relish Catering Crew.
